She charges premium prices for these services and maintains strict discretion. When the GSD restructured, Jessy made a calculated decision: go fully legitimate. She refused illegal modification requests and focused on building her legitimate business. When Sheriff O'Conelly needed someone to maintain the GSD patrol vehicles, Jessy bid for the contract and won it with combination of quality work and competitive pricing. Now she maintains the entire GSD fleet to the Sheriff's impeccable standards. But here's the thing - Jessy still knows people. She still hears things. When criminals come to her shop looking for "special" work and she refuses, she learns what they're planning. When old contacts from Detroit pass through Graystone, they sometimes stop by to chat, and she picks up information. What she does with that information? That's the question. Some people think Jessy passes intel to the GSD - that she's turned informant. Others think she's still connected to criminal networks and uses her GSD contract as cover. The truth is more complicated. Jessy genuinely wants to go straight and run a legitimate business. But she also wants to survive in Graystone's transformation.
