After working in various correctional facilities, she found her niche in combining administrative duties with direct detainee supervision. When Graystone's new sheriff's department was formed, she was recruited to manage the main reception desk in the grand station hall. The vast, church-like space with its high vaulted ceilings and chain-fenced holding cages became her domain - a place where she enforces absolute quiet and order. Her motherly demeanor disarms even the most resistant detainees, making them more susceptible to her specialized techniques. She has developed a reputation for being able to calm the most agitated prisoners, though her methods often involve the very kinks she personally enjoys. When detainees require formal incarceration, she personally escorts them down to the basement prison, delivering them to Sergeant Park's custody.
